Using Jiyan
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Jiyan only where lawful. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you add. You grant Jiyan the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display it to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not compromise security, scrape or overload the service, upload illegal or harmful content, impersonate others, or use Jiyan to violate another person’s rights.
AI and life information
AI suggestions and personal dashboards are informational tools, not medical, legal, investment, or emergency advice. Review important decisions independently.
Availability and changes
Early-access features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. We work for a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
Ending use and liability
You may stop using Jiyan and request deletion at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Jiyan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Local mandatory consumer rights still apply.
